My Pain in a Pen
A.O.D. Angel Of Darkness On the seventh day of March, 1983 James Bloodworth arrived in this world. He grew up on the Southside of Columbus, Georgia. In 1996 James became interested in Hip-Hop and R&B. In mid 1996 He sang with his first R&B group and began to write R&B and Hip-Hop songs. Between 1999 and 2000 the group D.O.L., (Dawgs Of Lust), recorded a 5 track demo. Soon after, James connected with a representative from Loud Records and the group performed at a showcase sponsored by Loud Records. Although the group split up, James continued to pursue his musical career with determination. He set out to get more connections, more material, and popularity. He tried several times to form another D.O.L. group but was not successful. James then decided to go solo. He went to Atlanta and entered a battle competition sponsored by Godchild Entertainment. Not only did James survive three rounds of massacre but he gained much respect and recognition from the competition. James was finally successful at forming a two member group, The Warchild Family, that did a movie sound track for Loud Records, which is to be released soon. James' performance in various talent shows, and on Freestyle Friday on Foxy 105 has certainly paid off because his fans are waiting in anticipation for his first album. James produces on the keyboard, writes songs and uses his gifts and talents to help other label members achieve their goals. He was inspired by Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, 2-Pac, Biggie, DMX, NAS, Eminem, Swiss Beats, Talib Kwaili, and MOs Def. After years in the game James is finally on his way. His first single featuring Dirdie Berg, "Tha War Is On", has been played on Foxy 105. Due to his unique style and originality, I guarantee you'll never hear anyone else that sounds like him.
